Cooking with Linda ep.1-Thai Hot/Iced tea

Thai Hot/Iced Tea

Ingredients:
Thai tea leaves mix
Sugar
Evaporated milk
Condense milk
Half & Half (optional)
Ice
water

PROCEDURE
1. Bring water to a boil then add Thai tea leaves mix and lower the heat to medium heat. 
2. Stir frequently and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes  then strain it well, make sure there aren't any tea leaves left and add sugar and stir. 
3. You can either now put the tea in the fridge to cool it down or pour in a cup and add some condense milk and evaporated milk or condense milk and half & half. 

DRINk away!:)
